Sébastien Desclée appointed interim CEO of the Galler Group

The Galler Group announces the appointment of Sébastien Desclée as interim CEO, effective November 18, 2025. A recognized leader in marketing, industry, and media, Sébastien knows Galler well, having served for many years on its Board of Directors.

We thank Salvatore Iannello for his leadership and commitment, which enabled Galler to navigate challenging times with resilience — from the COVID-19 pandemic to floods, inflation, and the cocoa crisis.

About Sébastien Desclée

Sébastien Desclée brings extensive international experience. After starting his career at Procter & Gamble, he led Publicis Belgium, supporting brands such as Spadel, BNP Paribas Fortis, and Carrefour in their digital and creative transformations.
He then held senior leadership roles within the advertising network FCB, overseeing 50 markets and revitalizing its New Zealand subsidiary.
More recently, he served as Managing Director of the IPM Group and as a consultant in the media sector. Socially engaged, he supports UNICEF as a board member.
